The Service is a digital service performed instantly by electronic means, consisting of IBAN format and check-digit validation, identification of the financial institution an IBAN belongs to and access to institution information at https://test.ibansource.com. For plans with API access, access is provided with an API key created under Account › API. A current web browser or software able to send HTTPS requests is sufficient; no other hardware or software is required.

- Prices include all taxes; there are no delivery, set-up or other additional charges.
- Payment is taken once, in advance, by credit/debit card on the secure payment page of the licensed payment institution iyzico. Card details are never seen or stored by the Seller.
- The subscription does not renew automatically; no further payment is taken at the end of the term.
- An electronic invoice is issued on payment and made available as a PDF under Account › Payments.
5. Performance
The Service starts immediately once the payment is approved by the payment institution: the plan is assigned to your account and, for plans with API access, your API key is activated at the same time. For a renewal the new term is added to the current end date; for an upgrade the new plan starts immediately and the value of the unused part of the previous plan has been deducted from the amount payable.
6. Term and Termination
The contract ends automatically at the end of the service period above. The buyer may cancel the subscription on the Account page at any time; the service then continues until the end of the paid term. Moving to a lower plan or from a yearly to a monthly term is possible after the current term ends.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation ("services performed instantly by electronic means") and Article 15/1-(h) ("services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends"), there is no right of withdrawal for this contract. As the service is performed immediately upon payment approval with the buyer's express consent, the buyer cannot exercise a right of withdrawal and separately confirms this at checkout.
The refund terms applied by the Seller nonetheless are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute you may apply, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or where the transaction was made, and to Consumer Courts above those limits. No security deposit is requested by the Seller.

The information you provide at checkout is processed under the Privacy Notice (KVKK).
The buyer confirms having read this form electronically and received this information before placing the order. The form is e-mailed to the buyer upon acceptance and kept under Account › Agreements.
